- Total Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz (Number of cores X CPU Speed)
- RAM: 4 GB minimum installed
- Hard drive: Minimum 30 GB total capacity, with 3 GB free on C:\ drive for TeleTech applications
- USB Ports: minimum of 2 free ports
- Monitor: 17 inches or larger, supporting a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768, with a 32-bit display adapter
- Sound: Full-duplex, 16-bit

Your PC hardware must support the minimum requirements specified by your Operating System. All supported Windows Operating Systems must be Genuine and Licensed copies with the latest Service Pack, patches and updates installed:
