Looking at the picture below featuring Faye S. of Digital Works Logan and her new Cadillac, it’s true that a picture speaks a thousand words. Faye worked herself up from long-term unemployed and financial difficulties, to purchasing a car for the first time on her own. Faye’s hard work with the Digital Works program and her positive attitude have given her the drive to reach her goals.
“When I first heard about the program I thought, this is what I have been looking for my entire life. A chance to help out financially but also be my own boss and set my own schedule,” Faye said. “Different circumstances in my life including my health don’t make it easy for me to maintain a traditional job outside of home.”
In early January of 2014, Faye was invited to join the dedicated Allstate First Notice of Loss (FNOL) service line. She completed her training, and on January 23 2014 began taking her first calls.
Since that time, Faye has been off and running with her successful independent agent business. After thirty-seven years of marriage, and for the first time in her life, Faye went to purchase a car on her own. In September of 2014, Faye bought her very own Cadillac after only nine months of employment with Allstate.
“Digital Works gave me an opportunity to not only lighten the financial responsibility my husband was carrying, but also to help with some of the extras,” Faye said.
On a professional level, Faye is excited about all the new opportunities that the Digital Works program has to offer and plans on taking advantage of them in the future. On a personal level she is looking forward to going to Myrtle Beach in the fall and taking her first Caribbean cruise this December to Falmouth Jamaica, Grand Cayman Islands, and Cozumel Mexico – all made possible by Faye’s hard work, dedication, and the skills and opportunities provided by the Digital Works program.
