Digital Works Job Training Program Now Offered in Columbus Thanks to Franklin County Board of Commissioners $100,000 Grant

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners recently approved a resolution to give $100,000 toward job training services for Franklin County residents through the Digital Works program. This funding is part of the county’s People Works program, which is a 5-year, $2.5 million investment in training opportunities for Franklin County residents and businesses.

Digital Works is opening two locations in central Ohio. The Digital Works facility at 6600 Busch Boulevard opened earlier this month and a second location, 280 Reeb Avenue, will be opening in a few weeks.

Digital Works has already helped more than 500 Ohioans secure work since the program began in 2013. The program operates seven locations in Ohio through a grant from the Ohio Developmental Services Agency.
