CARROLLTON- Carroll County commissioners approved a memorandum of understanding with Digital Works, a job incubator affiliated with Connect Ohio and Connected Nation, on Thursday.
The county will provide rent and utilities for five years in exchange for the company providing 75 jobs every 12 months. The company will set up a training center in the former county prosecutor’s building on Main Street.
