Thursday, February 13, Connect Ohio held the grand opening of its newest Digital Works location in Portsmouth. The event was held at the Digital Works center located inside partner organization Community Action of Scioto County’s building at 433 Third Street, and included remarks from dignitaries and a tour of the center.
