Creshindo came to Digital Works with extensive customer service experience and excellent soft skills.
Creshindo is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. She’s worked various customer support positions in medical billing and payroll since her time serving her country. In 2008, Creshindo transitioned to a role of stay-at-home mom.
“I came to Digital Works to find a legitimate work-at-home job,” said Creshindo. “I wanted to supplement my household income with a part-time job that allowed flexible scheduling so I could continue being a stay-at-home parent.”
With Creshindo’s skills, experience, and self-motivation, she excelled in the Digital Works training program. She graduated the program in August, and by September Creshindo had found her employment fit that provides flexible scheduling to work around her family’s needs.
“Training was extremely helpful in preparing me for the job opportunities, and it definitely played a major part in me getting hired. I am currently working for Teletech as a customer service representative in the area of health and welfare.”
