Digital Works offers customer service training

CARROLLTON-When she developed arthritis, Diana Goudy of Roswell realized that she would have to start looking for a new career. She had been a nurse’s aide for the past four years, but her condition made it impossible for her to do the required lifting of her patients. “With arthritis, I’m not able to do that any more. I miss it.”
Then she heard that Digital Works was offering free training program to prepare people to do customer service work for various national companies.
