Tech Students Get Hands On IT Experience while Assisting Digital Works

In September, students from the Ohio Valley Career and Tech Center in West Union, Ohio assisted the nearby Digital Works facility with IT needs. The group of students performed general setup of computers and workstations and tidied up multiple computer wires throughout the facility.

The students enjoyed the hands-on IT experience and Digital Works staff appreciated the assistance. With the students’ help, Digital Works trainees are able to learn valuable online telework skills, while program graduates can use the computers to log work hours from the facility.

The Ohio Valley Career and Tech Center volunteers were: Devin Cantrell, Brandon Ferrier, John Hayslip, Matthew Hobbs, Avery Lucas, Nicholas Mitchell, Timothy Nolan, Randall Ratermann-Guther, Michael Rickett, along with their instructor, Todd Mitchell.
