Anita is a young adult with advanced computer skills and some college coursework, but she had been unemployed for nearly a year. Since she’s currently working toward an Accounting degree at Columbus State Community College, she was in need of a flexible job that worked around her schedule.
Anita was referred to Digital Works – Reeb Avenue Center in Columbus, Ohio, by Franklin County Job & Family Services in late fall of 2015. She graduated training near the end of the year and was hired by TeleTech in January 2016. TeleTech offers part-time, flexible scheduling, along with paid training and W2 employment. Anita had never worked from home prior to accepting the job with Teletech. She was hired initially as a seasonal employee and excelled at her work, consistently reaching top performance levels. The company recently offered Anita a permanent position, for which she’s currently in training, with one of their top clients.
“Things are going great,” said Anita. She says she is enjoying and finding success in her work-from-home opportunity.
