Digital Works: Connecting People & Jobs, Weekly Success

Digital Works Logan, Rick Bauman

Coming from a background in computer and customer service, Rick Bauman of Logan, Ohio was able to quickly complete the Digital Works customer service training. Bauman is now moving on to do additional training and mentoring through the Digital Works program for a more advanced career path including web content writing, computer programming, and dedicated service lines.

“It was very exciting to get job interviews on just my past education and work history,” said Bauman. “I’m looking forward to the new opportunities that I’ll get from the programming training that Michael Dumont (Digital Works national employer relations manager) has introduced me to.”

Rick received his agent number on October 3 and has been working from the Digital Works Logan location since October 16.
